I’m young and healthy, why would I need insurance?

No one knows what lies around the corner, whether it’s accident or illness - and securing cover early ensures the protection is there if it’s needed. If you wait until you are unwell, the cost of life insurance could substantially increase, and it may also be difficult to obtain.

Do you accept payment by credit card?

Yes. You can pay your fortnightly or monthly premiums on the date of your choice – and you can pay either by automatic debit from your bank, credit union or building society account or by charge to your Visa or Mastercard. You can also choose the day of the month that your premium is deducted from your account.

Who is the insurer?

Hannover Life Re of Australasia’s is the insurer. Hannover’s portfolio of life insurance business has been in force for over 40 years and consists of approximately $500 million dollars of annual premium. The company is part of the Hannover Re Group which is one of the world’s leading reinsurers. Is it easy to make a claim?

To make a claim simply call 1300 73 7697 to arrange for a Claim Form to be mailed to you. The Claim Form should be completed and returned with any other documents required. The claim will be processed as soon as these documents are received, without unnecessary delay.
